Disabled Access

This page has information about parking for disabled people and accessible travel to The Globe Primary Academy (including on public transport).

See Visit us for general information about getting here.

At The Globe Primary Academy, ensuring that our building and services are accessible for all our visitors is important to us. We aim to create an environment that makes you feel welcome.  We provide full access to all our public areas and most other areas of the school are also accessible for visitors in a wheelchair.  Some classrooms are not accessible for wheelchair users, but with advance notice we will always aim to make suitable arrangements should this be necessary.  Please contact us before your visit if you have any queries about accessibility.

              Parking for disabled people

There are two free disabled parking bays at the front of the school in Irene Avenue.  The bays are available on a 'first come first served' basis. If the disabled parking bays are full, you can park on Irene Avenue but please take care not to block our neighbours' driveways and the pathways around the school. Please bring and display your blue badge.

The main entrance is accessible for wheelchair users.
